Welcome to Pulse3K
Pulse3K is a beautiful 3km city run for 11-16 year olds, which winds through two of London’s Royal Parks (Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens) and past the magnificent Royal Albert Hall and Albert Memorial.
Running is at the heart of so many sports, from football and tennis to boxing and fencing! The Royal Parks Foundation would like to encourage as many young people as possible to “Get Fit for Your Sport”.
Entry is £7 per place and all those who complete the 3km will receive a leaf shaped wooden finisher’s medal. We have trophies for the winners too!
Fancy joining us on Sunday 7 October 2012?
Our Runners
Throughout 2012 we will be featuring Pulse3K runners from previous years, like Croydon’s 12-year old Paul Burgess who took part in 2010 and 2011. Paul also took the honours in his age-group at 2011’s Virgin London Mini-Marathon, with an impressive first-place time of 17 minutes 10 seconds. Follow in Paul’s steps and register today!
