Ambassadors

This year we are delighted to be working with SportsAid again and their inspirational ambassadors. SportsAid support young Olympic athletes, some of whom will be joining you on race day. They will give you top tips before you start, cheer you on during the run and welcome you home afterwards.

Around 90% of Britian’s Olympic heroes have been supported by SportsAid, these include Tom Daley (diver), Amir Khan (boxer), Sir Steve Redgrave (rower), James Cracknell (rower), Dame Kelly Holmes (sprinter) and Victoria Pendleton (cyclist).

The 2012 ambassadors will be announced shortly.
