This 3km run aims to inspire 11-16 year olds to exercise, emphasising the benefits of running, which can help them get fit for any sport they enjoy.

Why not encourage your pupils or club members to test their fitness against other kids in this beautiful run around London’s famous Royal Parks.

Enter your School or Club team so participants can train and run together, whilst challenging rival teams and clubs.

What will your Pulse3K runners get:

• An official Pulse3K wooden medal for everyone that finishes the race
• A technical bamboo raceshirt given to every participant
• A downloadable training diary
• Music and performances taking place throughout the day on the main stage
• A sneak peak at celebrities and athletes who will be present on the day
• The male and female winner from each age group will win a fantastic pack of goodies

How to register:

• Register as a team manager and create a dedicated area on our website for setting up your team
• You’ll be given use of a dedicated area via log in, to order places, enter team members details and pay the registration fee of £7 per person using our secure online payment service or request an invoice from the Royal Parks Foundation
