There are 3 age groups:
- 11 years old
- 12 and 13 years old
- 14, 15 and 16 years old
Each runner must be registered by either a parent/guardian or a teacher/club representative.
Runners can be entered in a team or as individuals:
Individuals
A parent or guardian must enter individual runners.
- It is possible for one parent/guardian to enter more than one participant. Runners can be registered at different times
- The parent/guardian must register first, after which they will receive login details for a personal area on the website to register their runners
- There will be prizes for the fastest boy and girl in each age group.
- Race entry costs £7 per person and includes a technical t-shirt, a race medal and amazing race day experience
Teams
Teams must have a minimum of 4 runners (either girls or boys or both) and there is no maximum number (please click here for Pulse3K Team Challenge rules)
- Teams must have one central contact – a team organiser (usually a teacher or club representative) who enters and makes payment for all participants and takes responsibility for the team on race day
- This person must first register their school or club, and then they will receive login details for a dedicated registration area for the team on the website
- The Winning Team will be the one with the highest number of points. Details on the Pulse3K team points system can be found here
