By registering your school or club you will be able to enter a team of runners into the Pulse3K. Once registered you will be emailed confirmation of your registration and receive login details to access your own designated area of the website. To complete registrations you will need to:
1. Download Runner Entry Forms and Consent Forms to give to potential participants and their parents / guardians from the login area
2. Collate completed participants forms, login to your school/club area and enter all runner details
3. Make full payment online or request an invoice to be sent to your school / club
School, Club and Team Registration Form Benefits of entering a Team
- You get to challenge other schools or sports clubs by taking part in Pulse3K
- A full list of team results will be posted on the website the day after the race
- Your school / club logo will appear on the Pulse3K website with a link to your website, so you’ll be able to see who you’re up against and show off the fact that you are encouraging your young people to be fit and healthy
- Any sports club can take part, not just running or athletics clubs – Pulse3K is all about getting fit for your sport!
- Each runner will receive a timing chip and be given individual finishing times
- Each team will receive a points total based on a handicap system for average times for this distance by each age group and gender. Details of how this is calculated are available here
- There will be a prize for the Team with the most points
- Every finisher will be given an empty canvas bag for them to fill up with free goodies at the Brakes Food & Fitness Festival at the finish line
- Race entry includes a specially designed technical race t-shirt and medal for all finishers
Remember:
- Teachers and club representatives are entirely responsible for gaining the parent/guardian permission for their child to race. You can download a sample parent’s consent letter as well as a race registration form from the race website to help you achieve this
- All places cost £7 which includes a race t-shirt and medal
- Payment can either be made online by credit card or you can request an invoice to be sent to your school or club. Invoices must be paid in full, and in one lump sum, within 21 days
- We can not accept any phone or paper registrations
